You will be required to produce a research paper (2500-3000 words) on a chosen research topic. Throughout the course, you will be assisted in developing your proposal through tutorials and workshops, in which you will need to prepare work for beforehand. The final proposal must include the following sections: 1) Introduction, 2) Literature Review, 3) Methodology, 4) Ethics, 5) Bibliography, 6) Appendix Proposal Format: Your proposal will be between 2500-3000 words. Your essay must: 1. Have a cover page that includes: a. Your student number b. The course name and number c. The exact word count (excluding the bibliography) **Please DO NOT include your name on the cover page or on any of the remaining pages. 2. Be double-spaced in a standard 12pt font 3. Include accurate citations using an accepted academic style (e.g. Chicago, MLA, Harvard). Page numbers must be included in all in-text references using someone else’s ideas or words. 4. You can print your essay double-sided, and must be stapled. Please do not use a folder or report cover. 5. You must hand in a hardcopy of your paper at the start of class and submit a digital copy of your paper on the Course Homepage. Your paper will not be marked if it is not submitted online.
